1. Introduction

Havenlyst provides legal support for purchasing an apartment at havenlyst.biz. By accessing our offerings or acquiring our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include document review, contract negotiation assistance, and closing support related to apartment acquisition. Detailed descriptions are provided in the service plan you select.

3. Information Products

Havenlyst offers digital guides and templates designed to assist clients in understanding the legal aspects of apartment transactions. Access is granted upon full payment.

4. Goods

We may supply physical materials such as printed reference manuals. Availability depends on current inventory and shipping options.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are quoted in Qatari Riyal and are due prior to the commencement of any service or delivery of any product. Payment methods are detailed at checkout. All purchases are subject to the refund provisions herein.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of service initiation. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Alternatively, a service session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.

6.2 Information Products

Digital guides and templates are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be submitted via our customer support form.

6.3 Goods

Physical materials may be sent back for a refund within 14 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the sent materials.

6.4 Non-Refundable Services

Consultations scheduled with less than 24 hours notice, expedited document reviews, and custom drafting services are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of professional time and resources.

7. Rescheduling Services

Requests to reschedule legal support sessions must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 6 months of the original date. Failure to reschedule in time renders the session fee non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Havenlyst’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service or product. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at havenlyst.biz and are effective upon posting.
